It's 6:40pm, you were about to close the laptop. Your client sends a voice note: "I'll do you a memo, it's easier". Six minutes where the scope changes twice and the budget shows up between two tangents. Summaries are generated by an AI: before you commit to a quote or a deadline, re-listen to the relevant part — the original voice note is what counts.
