In short:
- Sarah is cancelling for Saturday — her car is in the garage until Monday.
- She suggests moving it to Sunday lunch, at her place.
- She asks if you can bring dessert.
Possible reply: “No problem for Sunday lunch, I'll handle dessert 👍”
Three taps, ten seconds.
Add the bot, then forward
Save Abrège Bot to your contacts (without that, WhatsApp won't offer it for forwarding), then forward the voice note like you would to anyone. Your own ones work too: dictate an idea, it turns it into a clean note.
Add Abrège Bot to your contactsIt listens for you
The bot transcribes, then sorts. The facts, the dates, the questions asked: kept. The rambling stays in the audio.
You reply right away
You get the summary, the key points and a suggested reply. Copy it, tweak it if you want, and you're done.
Not a raw transcript. A reply.
A reply ready to send
The bot doesn't hand you a wall of text to decode. When the voice note expects an answer, it drafts one — send it as is or tweak it.
It knows who's talking
A forwarded voice note says "I". The bot gets that this "I" is the person talking, not you. The summary tells you what they want, without mixing up the pronouns.
The details that matter
An appointment date, an amount, a question waiting on your answer: pushed to the front, not buried in the rest.
Built for real speech
Made for the way people actually talk. The "ums", the tangents, the three topics before getting to the point: it knows them.
What the bot keeps about you: nothing.
The audio? Deleted after processing.
The transcript? Never stored.
The summary? Sent to you, not archived with us.
Your number? We keep only an encrypted fingerprint.
It's an architecture rule, not a marketing promise: the database doesn't even have a column to store a voice note's content.

How do I try it?
Tap the WhatsApp button or send "help" to +33 6 52 05 04 26. The bot walks you through it, and your first 5 voice notes are free.
Is it really free?
The first 5 voice notes, yes — no card needed. It's a one-off trial, not a quota that comes back every month. After that, Abrège Bot Premium: 100 voice notes a month for €5.99.
Does it work with voice notes people forward to me?
That's the whole point. Forward any voice note you get: the bot understands it's not you talking, so the summary points to the right person.
What happens to my voice notes?
They get processed, then deleted. Neither the audio, nor the transcript, nor the summary is kept. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is there a length limit?
15 minutes per voice note. Past that, the bot asks for a shorter clip.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It all happens in WhatsApp, the one you already have. No app, no account, no password.
How do I cancel?
Send "subscription" to the bot: you get a link to your Stripe portal and cancelling takes two clicks. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
Why not WhatsApp's built-in transcription?
It transcribes everything, word for word: 4 minutes of audio become a 40-line wall of text. Abrège Bot gives you 3 useful lines and a reply ready to send. Different job.
